  One of the best place to stay in Khiva. Located inside of the Ichan Kala perimeter, this huge but finely refined hotel is a double thumbs up if you are searching for the best cost/value solution. The kindness of the staff, which can help you out with pretty much every need you may have, from tours to tickets, complete the picture. Indeed suggested !

  We booked this hotel for two main reasons: it was inside the old city and there was nothing else available in the same area for the time we were there. Pros: the staff was very nice and helpful and the hotel is within walking distance from the main attractions from Khiva. Cons: the rooms are very very very modest and not thoroughly cleaned. The bedsheets had some holes in them, the furniture in the room we stayed looked old and not maintained, the light switch was coming out of the wall, the water tap for the toiled was not closing so we could hear the leaking water the whole night. Eventually I had find the tap and close it by hand to get some silence so I can sleep. And overall tyere was a lot of dust (mainly because the area around the hotel has dirt roads). If you are not bothered by the above mentioned cons things then it is an option at an acceptable price.
