  Too expensive but its the only bar I found that is open until 4:00 so I had to eat here. Would not reccommend

  We came from Almaty. We where dressed normally, one of us where in black casual shoes that looked like sneakers... They said dressed code. The "manager" lady looked at us, like we where prisoners. They didn't let us in, without even saying that they where sorry! If you are not in the suit or coctail dress be aware, they might turn u down.
