  My Alma-mater back to 1987-2003. Still keep the warmest memory of those years. It was strong, quality educational program with direct supervision of federal department of rail road located in Moscow. I see the huge improvement of all surrounding premises as far as main university building! Don’t really know about the quality of education in this nova days. Just tried talk to few students in Russian and found they barely understand me. It’s sad to realize, but I guess political path of Uzbek government leads to this single/mono lingual population.
