::Most amazing car rental experience. Unlike the local companies, there was no deposit to claim back in a week, no 150 kilometer limit, no nonsense. Seamless experience with Gerasim - superb service. They open at 9AM - we needed the car at 6AM delivered to our hotel. For a minimal additional fee, Gerasim was there at 5:55AM with the car and paperwork took less than 5 minutes. I drove to Margilan and Fergana in a new vehicle without any trouble. Return was a breeze and Gerasim ordered a cab for us at the location for further travel. A+ service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.

::Called the phone number last Thursday, Friday and today several times but nobody picks up. Seems this company does not exist or they don't want to make any business. I have never had this with any other global car rental company in the world. Fortunately there is a local car rental which responds quickly.

::Need a car in Ouzbekistan? if Gerassim is there go and close your eyes you are in good hands. we had a problem on the road in the mountain far from Tachkent and he did everything to bring us back to city with an excellent professionalism. All this on a public holiday which is not an easy job at all in Ouzbekistan. Thank again Gerassim and as iam going oftenly there i will always go and recommend you to rent there.
