  My name is Michael B., I'm from Stuttgart/Germany. Since 2012 I'm living/working in Tashkent and stayed in different hotel's in this 5 years. I've stayed in standard rooms and also in aparthotels. For me was in other hotel's the biggest issue the very bad service, as e.g. laundry service (sometimes not washed or late return), breakfast, not friendly personal, ........! With Rakat Plaza I finally found an hotel with customer oriented employees and very good service, which is not standard in Tashkent. My laundry is perfect clean in 2-3 hours (other hotel's up to 3 Days). The service personal is very friendly, very attentive and diligent. All services are 24 hours available, Including the restaurant. The hotel offers also shuttle service to airport and to other locations. The hotel have a beautiful outdoor area with a nice swimming pool. The water is checked daily and cleaned on demand. I am telling you this because unfortunately it is not self-evident in other swimming pools in Tashkent. I strongly recommend to all visitors or business people this great and stylishly built hotel in Tashkent. Special Thanks to the owner, director, room maids and reception team. Michael
