::dirty towels in the room. We lived three guys in one room, but they demanded and took money from three people separately, and calculate 3 times expenses I do not advise this hotel. Waste of money and nerves

::I wasn’t a guest but was welcomed as an esteemed traveller. I was able to enjoy the incredible Uzbek hospitality. The sophisticated dishes I tried here were by far the most exquisite I have tasted in Uzbekistan. The staff is fluent in English and very competent. I must come back!

::This hotel is new and quite nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. When we arrived, we were invited to an evening performance by the manager, Islam. The evening was a lot of fun and very memorable. If we return to Urgench, we will plan to stay at Hotel Karavan again.
