  This is definitely not a four star hotel. The bed was hard as concrete, terrible shower, horrible breakfast with stale bread and warm yogurt. No lift so you have to carry luggage up the stairs. The room was a good size and very clean.

  Nice hotel but it has no lift. This means you have to rely on someone else to carry your bags up and down. Breakfast is limited and if you want to dine here, order in advance or be prepared to wait a while.

  It is a very nice hotel with fabulous buffet breakfast and friendly staff, but ridiculous middle age baggage attendant who insisted on carrying all out bags up two flights of stairs in 40 degrees heat! Go figure. The sweat was dripping off him, lol. Bed was rock hard - typical of our stays in Uzbek. Negative. The hotel is very popular for wedding parties taking endless number of photos in the foyer and stairs so be prepared for the inconvenience every afternoon in having to step around photographers, wedding parties and hangers on.
