::It was ok. Breakfast is superb. The staff needs to be trained more to speak English and to be hospitable. They don't know how to socialize with the guests and help tourists with their problems in visiting their country. It is a luxury hotel but it lacks a heart for tourists. You will find a hostel in Tashkent more hospitable. The ATM machine inside this hotel is not available all the time and they only accept VISA so you will be forced to go to another hotel to withdraw cash. I suggest to include flight booking in their services just like the hotels nearby.
