Also we wanted to especially thanks the owner because when we returned the car we were in extreme hurry on the way to one more shop to pick up something special and then to the airport and he sent his driver with us in order to avoid taxi orders and time loss. ::Agreed on price and model yesterday. Today, when picking up the car, they told me the car wasn't ready for another two hours because it was broken. There I was with my son and all my luggage. When I said that that was unbelievable, since the car had been sitting there yesterday also and they should have tested it yesterday they offered me an alternative from "a friend" which would cost 18% more! This place is not used to western style of client care. Just lost € 400 worth of business and couldn't care less.
