  Normal hotel but personal staff isn't good and laundry isn't free and I didn't feel hotel in the front desk ! but breakfast is ver4y best namely biscuits very delicous

  Place is quite good, rooms are nice, breakfast was also fine. But the staff is extremely not reliable!! Were checking out for 40 minutes (that's the longest in my experience). Receptionist couldn't find the change, safe was locked and nobody knew how to open it, manager was not at the place, and instead of doing their best to help the group that has a flight, they were just nervous and doing literally nothing!

  Service was very excellent. Staff was very friendly, helpful and kind. Room was very nice comfortable, clean and new build. Very pleasurable experience during I stayed here. I will come again if I have a chance to visit this beautiful city in Qarshi, Uzbekistan. The best hotel in Qarshi👍
