  It seems that TLS staff is not professional at all. The procedure of application has been significantly changed, however there was no updates on the gov.uk as well as the tsl websites. They require to print out the whole application and sign it but at the same time they don't accept it and return it back to you. The lady made a mistake in my name during the registration and the whole procedure was quite hectic and seemed messy. There is no phone number for a query availbe so people are simply left clueless about the process and the updates.

  Персонал был непрофессиональным и не очень дружелюбным. Толком не объяснили изменения в процедуре подачи и не отвечали разумно на вопросы. Просто действовали как курьерская служба, упаковали документы даже не проверив их нормально.
