  Qosha Darvoza Building with character with a 10 minute walk to the North gate of the old town. Our corner room was large and clean. Everything worked - air con, fridge, shower etc. Very good breakfast served to you outside in the courtyard. WiFi but not in our room needed to go outside into the courtyard. Some staff spoke good English the rest spoke enough to get by. Staff lovely and couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. A relaxed place to stay away from the "hothouse" atmosphere of the old town.

  Chambre spacieuse propre mais pas de lit double très bon petit déjeuner personnel très aimable hôtel proche de la vieille ville

  זה המלון הכי אוטנטי שהייתי בו. חדר קסום עם חצר שמדליקה השראה מאוד גבוהה. צוות מאוד נחמד. ארוחת בוקר מאוד בסיסית בחדר אוכל עם נוף נהדר. אני נותו למקום המלצה רצינית בגלל האוטנטיות שלו. 7 דקות הליכה ממרכז העיר העתיקה. מאוד אהבתי. מאוד

  Wow! I was blown away by the experience. I wanted to stay in Khiva for longer simply I didn't want to check out from there. One outstanding part is their service. They're committed to provide great service which you will not forget easily. Coming back again.

  Really good hotel, great spacious rooms set in an old caravansary only 5 minutes walk from the main attractions in Khiva.
