::Clean rooms, delicious meals, and strategic location near the Bakcha Darvaza (Garden Gate = دروازه باغچه) and the West Gate: Ota-Darvoza (Father Gate). Moreover, staffs are very kind and respectful. Also, they speak perfectly English, Russian, Turkish, Uzbek, and (some) Italian languages.

::Albergo senza pretese. Bagno un po' scassato. Pulizia approssimativa. L'acqua con pochissima pressione, a momenti manca. Dalla cucina arriva un intenso odore di cumino... Meno male che alla colazione vi sono dolci veramente buoni.

::Simply fantastic - great rooms, in an unbeatable location, with an excellent breakfast included, but what really makes this place special is the staff. They give “Nothing is too much trouble” a whole new meaning - from Ibrahim on the front desk, to Adilbek who runs the show, to his adorable 11yr-old son after whom the hotel is named, Shokhjakhon - everyone is just immensely kind and welcoming. The best in Khiva!!

::Very good hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel is located in front of the Khiva fort. All rooms are specious and free wifi is available. The food is freshly prepared and tastes good. Definitely recommend this place to stay in Khiva.
