  I wasn’t a guest but was welcomed as an esteemed traveller. I was able to enjoy the incredible Uzbek hospitality. The sophisticated dishes I tried here were by far the most exquisite I have tasted in Uzbekistan. The staff is fluent in English and very competent. I must come back!

  This hotel is new and quite nice. The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive. When we arrived, we were invited to an evening performance by the manager, Islam. The evening was a lot of fun and very memorable. If we return to Urgench, we will plan to stay at Hotel Karavan again.

  Хорошая гостиница для Ургенча. Открылась недавно. Свежие интерьеры. Помпезный холл. Абсолютно непонятный шведский стол на завтраке)))

  Ужасный отель, точнее персонал. Вроде хорошая новая гостиница,НО все меняет когда отношение клиенту(тем более постоянным) просто хамское. За день до заезда подтвердили номер, все ок. Так приезжаем и нам в наглую говорят что брони нет. Человек врет и не краснеет. Далее говорят есть только люксы и хотели пропихнуть. Очень некрасиво. Ужасно. Просто ужасно.

  Wonderful Hotel with great facilities and accommodation in good price, especially food is awesome.
